KARSERAS CONSULTANCY is an independent professional firm, established in 2001, providing comprehensive consultancy, engineering, energy and project management services to a wide range of clients. We have an excellent reputation for delivering innovative and cost effective Low Carbon mechanical and energy design packages across a broad range of public and private sectors.

Activities cover feasibility studies, engineering, energy and complete range of project management services. The firm will undertake the total evaluation, management and engineering for the execution of a complete project or will carry out specific tasks as required. Expertise covers all aspects of procurement and contract strategy, enquiry documentation, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, cost control and contract management as well as supervision on site and during commissioning.

Firm’s qualified and experienced professional personnel can undertake any size of project and provide optimum solutions to meet clients’ requirements. Having a fully equipped with latest technology office based in Pafos, gives us the flexibility to provide the best professional service to our clients’ in the most efficient way. Furthermore our personnel is accredited by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to issue Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) for residential and non-residential buildings and Air Conditioning Inspections, Boiler Inspection and Energy Audits.
